CONO Cheesemakers awarded at the International Cheese & Dairy Awards

We are proud. Once again, our cheeses have been recognized at the 2025 International Cheese & Dairy Awards.

Our Royaal by Beemster® range received awards in multiple categories:

• Gold – Best Dutch Cheese
  Royaal Grand Cru by Beemster®
• Gold – Best Sandwich Cheese
  Royaal by Beemster® toasty slices

This last award is extra special, as it was the first time we entered Royaal by Beemster in slices. A wonderful confirmation of the quality and delicious taste of our Beemster cheese.

The International Cheese & Dairy Awards are among the world’s most prestigious cheese competitions. A panel of around 250 experts – from cheesemakers and affineurs to retail buyers and culinary writers – judge each cheese on taste, aroma, texture and appearance. Only cheeses that truly excel in all these aspects are awarded.

These prizes are a testament to the craftsmanship of our cheesemakers. They underline the passion and dedication that our team puts into their work every single day. A great compliment to everyone involved.
